ENGINE - 186cc Mugello - vapour blastered engine - then polished within the UK
ALL MB Developments stainless parts used (none of this far east bling used at all!)
Chromed AF Clubman - yes chromed within the uk!
Lightened AF flywheel - all Jap bearings and seals - Italian Road Race crank - close ratio gear box - five plate clutch
MB top levers/fasteners used throughout (yes top prices on everything) - no expense has been spared at all in this restoration.
In first building this scooter we did put a Hagon rear shocker in place but as an after thought have changed it to an Italian rear shocker in keeping with authenticity but if you prefer the Hagon just let us know its easy changed - this can be put back in place. A new set of MB machined stainless steel links have been purchased for this restoration priced along at £98! Every part that was originally with the bike has been used apart from things to actually up-grade or make the machine better - NO FAR EAST PANEL WORK HAS BEEN USED AT ALL! The paintwork has been done in-house with approx 10 coats of paint per panel used. If you would like colour adding to the bike ie. flashes/mudgaurd/horncast this can be done without a problem upon request
This is the best within the UK - any inspection is welcome - we choose our restorations carefully before starting them.
Our policy is that we WILL NOT sell a scooter unless it has been viewed - a desposit will not be taken via paypal or a cheque via royal mail - we insist you view the bike and the premises it has been built in - then an understanding is met and YOU the purchaser understands the time and expertise that actually goes into the restoration and you also see what a professional setup you are dealing with !
